These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and APC Property Solutions. By booking any service, you agree to the following terms regarding scheduling, service execution, payments, and liability.

1. Scope of Services
APC provides residential, commercial, and short-term rental (STR) cleaning services, including Airbnb turnovers, laundry, restocking, and property support.
All services are performed based on the selected plan at the time of booking. Additional tasks outside the standard scope may incur extra charges.

2. Scheduling & Arrival Windows
We provide estimated arrival windows, not exact times, due to traffic, service complexity, and prior appointments.
Cleaning completion times may vary depending on property condition and service type.
For Airbnb turnovers:
– Standard completion target: before guest check-in time
– If there is no same-day check-in, services may be completed later in the day or the following morning (with client approval)

3. Property Access
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time (via code, key, or presence).
Failure to provide access may result in a service fee of up to 1 hour of labor or the full service charge, depending on the situation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
– Less than 48 hours: a cancellation fee may apply
– Same-day cancellations or no-shows: up to 100% of the service may be charged
Last-minute and same-day bookings may include an additional service fee.

5. Payments & Online Booking
All services must be paid through our secure online system.
We accept debit and credit card payments via our website.
– First-time clients may be required to pay a deposit to confirm booking
– Full payment is due the same day of service or within 24 hours
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Our platform is encrypted and secure to ensure safe transactions and reliable booking.

6. Service Conditions & Requirements
To ensure safe and efficient service:
– Property must have running water and electricity
– Air conditioning must be functional during high temperatures
– Laundry machines must be operational for on-site laundry
APC is not responsible for delays caused by equipment malfunction or external conditions.
7. Cleaning Standards & Checklist
APC follows a structured professional checklist to ensure consistent and high-quality results.
Additional services may be requested for an extra fee, including:
– Deep cleaning
– Appliance detailing
– BBQ or outdoor cleaning
– Excessive trash removal
– Custom requests

8. Laundry & Restocking
Laundry services may be performed on-site or off-site.
Clients are responsible for providing supplies unless otherwise agreed.
APC may assist with inventory tracking and restocking coordination.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work.
If any cleaning issue is reported within 24 hours, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
Photo evidence may be required.
Refunds are not provided; instead, we prioritize corrective service.

10. Damage & Liability
APC is insured and takes all reasonable precautions during service.
Any damage claims must be reported within 24–48 hours with supporting evidence.
We are not responsible for:
– Pre-existing damage
– Normal wear and tear
– Improper installations or fragile items

11. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for:
– Excessive dirt or hazardous conditions
– Pets or strong odors
– Parties or event aftermath
– Extra laundry loads
– Emergency or rush services
– Added tasks outside the original scope

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.—
